Ex Cognac Tanks
Tanks are available sizes from 10 HL – 60 HL and come directly from France.
Tanks are fully refurbished:
Water tightened
Exterior Sanded
Varnished
Hoops painted per request
Accessories include:
S.S. top manway triclamp 500 mm
S.S. full draining valve
S.S. racking valve
S.S. tasting port
*Tanks can also be made into open top fermenters with a removable wooden lid (depicted in the photo below).
Tanks come with a maintenance guide on how to maintain your tank before, during, and after aging your product.
Cognac, Armagnac, and Clavados Casks
These casks come refurbished:
New Hoops
Pressure tested to ensure tight barrels
Outside sanded
Staves replaced if needed
The inside of cask is left alone and the wood is still soaked with the previous spirit to impart flavors into your product.

Cask Refurbishment

The casks come in old and dusty from years of aging in cellars in Franc and are turned into great looking casks ready to impart their flavors into your craft beverage.
